Secret Squisito Supper Club November Menu Announced

I am proud to announce that we are holding a second Italian supper club in Grandborough, Warwickshire on Saturday November 17th. The menu features Autumn favourites from the Squisito cookery book using seasonal and local ingredients, some foraged!

We are also offering beautifully appointed rooms with country breakfast on site from £40pp to complete your weekend.

Puglian green olives and artisan bread

Antipasti

Pumpkin fondue – homegrown pumpkin with delicious Taleggio, Alpina, Gorgonzola fondue

Primi

Farro and bean soup, traditional Tuscan soup with farro, borlotti beans and seasonal late Autumn vegetables

Secondi

Denbigh Estate (home of Squisito HQ)) pheasant braised in Primitivo wine from Puglia, served with Autumnal vegetables from the garden

Mushroom and porcini ragu with papardelle pasta

Formaggi

Italian cheeses served with pink peppercorns and Grandborough honey

Dolci

Apple and blackberry semi freddo

Tickets are £32.50 and available here bring your own wine.
