So glad that we’ve done the last Farmers Market now. Yesterday in Leicester was so cold and miserable that I can only describe the experience as character building! Very happy now to be in the warm making sure that the last minute orders are safely on their way.
This year we are planning a mixed bag for our family Christmas Day menu. I am currently brining the wonderful free range turkey American style for a change and serving with our own pancetta wrapped chipolatas and chestnut stuffing. Lily is making her seasonal speciality of a Buche Noel and we’ll be toasting with Camel Valley fizz and something rare and Italian too, perhaps a Falanghina?
